    • We ship from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

    • Express Shipping:

      • Need your order sooner? Opt for Express Shipping at an additional cost of INR 250.

      • Delivery within 72 hours of shipment.

 

Note: Shipping times may occasionally vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

3. Damaged or Lost Products During Transit

  • While we are not responsible for products lost or damaged during transit due to carrier performance, we are committed to assisting you with any shipping-related concerns.

  • Please contact us if an issue arises, and we will work to resolve it promptly.

4. Updating Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Double-check your email, address, and phone number at checkout to ensure accurate delivery.

  • If you entered incorrect information, contact us immediately:

  • Provide your order number and the corrected details, and we’ll update the information.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.
